He has also impressed crowds at open-air events at Sparta in Frankfurt, the internationally acclaimed “World Club Dome” at the Commerzbank Arena, and the “World Peace Day Parade” in Berlin. Since the opening of Freud Club in Frankfurt in 2019, Jens has shared the stage with both national and international heavyweights of the techno world.
His style blends a unique mix of warm-up grooves and driving techno, often infused with Hispanic influences, while also experimenting with ecstatic and hypnotically monotonous sounds. Inspired by the long-standing music culture of his adopted hometown Frankfurt, Jonasson began teaching himself how to mix and DJ about five years ago.
He loves pushing beyond genre boundaries, blending elements of progressive techno, deep house and indie dance into a sound that’s distinctly his own.
His artistic journey has been shaped and supported by local talents such as Alicia Lochner, Eingrooven and Audiosafari, as well as Berlin-based artists like Sedef Adasi and Emanuel Satie.
