His first visit to a club in 2003 gave the impulse for Marc Werner's musical career. Soon he was playing at specially organised parties until he got his first official DJ booking in 2007.
In 2014, the Leipzig based artist became a producer and his first release went through the roof. With this, he established his "like a fine wine" matured sound, which he himself describes as a journey from Afro and melodic house sounds to techno. Characteristic of this is his soulful fingerprint, which combines groovy light heartedness with light footed and at the same time kicking beats.
Marc has released more than 30 tracks since his debut, notable labels include Kittball Records, Moonbootique, Monaberry, Rawls Music, Katz&Kauz, Kontor and, since 2021, his own "Bunte Träumerei Records".
He is a resident at Leipzig's Elsterartig, plays clubs such as Ritter Butzke in Berlin, Waagenbau in Hamburg or Palais in Munich, and is hired for major events including SonneMondSterne, Airbeat One and World Club Dome.
Marc is also regularly booked across the globe. Belgium, Denmark, the Dominican Republic, Ibiza, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Austria and the Czech Republic are on his booking list. In total, the musician has more than 60 gigs a year, "every single one a highlight", and at every single one he transmits good vibes to his audience with.

"Since I first started listening to music, I’ve been completely captivated by Deep, Tech, Melodic, and Afro House. These styles are more than just music to me - they’re an essential part of my life, constantly creating unforgettable moments. Music accompanies everything I do and brings a sense of happiness and serenity to my everyday life. With my driving deep sounds, I aim to share that same feeling with my audience.
In 2016, I began developing my own sound together with one of my best friends. We formed the duo "Takt&Geber" and spent nearly four years producing music side by side until we decided to explore our own artistic paths.
For the past year and a half, I’ve been pursuing my solo journey as AMacowicz, diving deeper into the world of Deep House and striving to take my listeners on an emotional and rhythmic journey. Every track I produce is an expression of my passion - and a sincere attempt to connect with people through music."
